The quality of your donuts has deteriorated to the point where we have just fed them to the seagulls rather than eat them. They are obviously now frozen and not baked in store, which makes the sugar melt & the dough is dry. There is only a small amount of jam. They are not soft or fruity neither are they expertly baked!!! I know theyre not expensive, but Id expect them to be edible.

You treated my special needs daughter like a leaper about her job interview. She was lied too and never had a chance of a job. You treated her different because of her special needs and Disability. Shameful on tesco. They are not disability friendly She was discriminated against by the Manager at Tesco express Stafford rd Cannock

My Autisic daughter went for a job interview at the Cannock Express store in Stafford road Cannock on the 15/01/24/.She had been preparing all week for this interview. She had the interview with Manager .She explained she had Autism to him. He said he would let her know by Friday 26th .He never phoned so she phoned him to be told he still interviewing and he will be in touch Monday. No phone yet again so she phoned and was told the manager was on Holiday. My daughter explained to the other Manager who told the position had been filled upsetting my daughter after been lied too. She deserved to be told the truth and not lied to. All she wants is a job. This Temp manager said the other manager will phone her. Another lie. He never phoned her. I believe my autistic daughter was treated different because of her Autism. She was discrimated against and lied to Shame on Tesco

The fact there is no direct email or telephone number is a joke!! The website states go to customer service then contact us there is NOTHING. Most companies now have web chat and an easy direct way to be contacted. On Christmas Day I found maggots in my fresh peppers from Tesco, they were packeted and in date. This is not acceptable!!

Club card Number 63004 9****45489 Dear Sir, I went to your Gallows Corner store at Romford on 29th January The hardest bit of getting our shopping is trying to seperate the Large Shopping Trollies. When I arrived at the trolly park outside the store there was a young lady with a baby in her arms trying to seperate the trollies. I tried to help her so did several other people eventually she gave up and recoverd her £1 coin and said she would get a small trolly and get less.I then tried and finished up cutting my fingure which bled profussly as I am on blood thinning tablets. Eventually after trying all three colums we managed to get a trolly. To be honest I am getting fed up with this saga every time we come to your store so we are considering going to one of your competitures next time we go shopping.

Tesco flaky puff pastry steak pie. One piece of steak. One piece of gristle. The rest was just gravy. Not a meal for two, never mind four. Then impossible to find a complaints link (except for phones) on the Tesco site. Asda here I come.

I bought a Tesco toastie bread on 20/9/2023 dated 24/9/2023 for a breakfast club I run for the homeless when I opened it the crust was so thin it was like paper so this was useable some of the people who like crust so they were disappointed the crust was a disgrace Thank you G.Melling

Delivery not arrived

I live 2 floors up in an apartment. Im 63 and am having trouble with my back., hence I ordered a home delivery. Nowhere on Tesco website does it state that if youre in an apartment, you have to come down and collect from the front door of the building!!..my slot was between 9-10pm. I had a call from the delivery driver (female) at about 9.45, saying her van was stuck and another colleague had come to help her. She said I dont know how long we will be, unless you want to come down and get your stuff. I said no, as the reason I had ordered a delivery was because I would have trouble getting it up the stairs. £150 of groceries I might add!! She then said, just to let you know, soon we wont be delivering to your door if in a flat, you will have to come down and collect. That was the last I heard. I tried to call her back at around 10. 30 but she didnt answer the phone. I have had quite a few deliveries from them, the last was 2 weeks before Xmas and I have never had a problem and its always been delivered to my door! I then called the store who said they couldnt get hold of the driver either and he then said, they dont have to deliver to your door if in an apartment. I told him the reason I had booked the delivery and said NOWHERE on the website does it state that, Ive never been told that before, and that if that was the case, it should be clearly stated on their website. The line then cut off and when I tried to call back it said the store was closed. Im absolutely disgusted with the lack of customer service. I have to be up at 6 for work and by the time I had finished trying to get some answers it was near. Midnight and no delivery or communication. I have paid for the goods and the delivery and now Ive got to take time at work to try and resolve this!!

I purchased a pack of eggs on the 18th Nov 23. They were the white, low priced pack of 12 ( I think / I do not still have the box). They have been stored in the fridge since purchase & we are getting down to the last 5. My son in law went to cook them this morning, as breakfast for a 1 & 4 year old, only to find that the first egg he opened was completely putrid inside. He said it really stank so he threw it out, plus the remaining eggs, straight to the bin outside. Non of the eggs were cracked & as I said, they had been stored in a fridge. Although eggs should be able to be stored at room temperature. The batch numbers on the eggs are 2UK13639 18DEC23GB Ill warn others in our local social media group.
